
HR SUPERVISOR
Position Summary:
Organize, plan, and
direct implementation of all human resources related
policies/procedures for the Faciltization/Retrofit program
in Tabuk. This includes personnel recruitment, selection,
hiring, mobilization/demobilization, records creation
and maintenance, Government Relations, passport control,
visa actions. Direct Tabuk Faciltization & Retrofit
Communications/Distribution Center and government relations
activities.
Major Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all recruiting,
screening and mobilizations. With concurrence of site
manager, hiring, transfer and termination activity
associated with the program. Mobilize/demobilize personnel
as directed.
- Receive, monitor and resolve, as necessary,
concerns from employees pertaining to program activity
or personnel status.
- Receive, monitor, coordinate and solve
as necessary, concerns of employees and/or dependents
regarding P.S.S.
- Establish and supervise maintenance
procedures of all personnel records.
- Perform periodic audits/reviews to
ensure proper procedures pertaining to personnel functions
are being followed.
- Establish and monitor, records, compensation,
benefits, ethics and health and welfare program administration.
- Establish, administer and schedule
Employee/Dependent Cultural Briefings.
- Establish and monitor procedures for
maintaining GOSI for specified employees.
- Establish and administer reports for
management related to human resources functions, i.e.
daily manpower levels, scheduled vacations, R&R,
emergency leaves, etc.
- Administer wage and salary programs.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of five years personnel management
experience.
- Two (2) years of experience in Saudi
Arabia desired.
- B. S. degree required.
